RSA memberships are for the calendar year and expire on December 31 each year.
To view your membership and renewal status, sign in to RSA at right and then go to Membership Info.
Auto-renewal. All memberships are set to auto-renew as long as the credit card you used for your last transaction has not expired. Auto-renewals are processed on December 31. You may cancel the auto-renewal anytime before it is transacted. To cancel a pending auto-renewal, sign in to RSA, go to Membership Info, locate the awaiting auto-bill in the list of transactions, and click on the red X to cancel it. Please note that once canceled, an auto-renew transaction cannot be reinstated by you or by an RSA administrator. If you cancel the auto-renewal but wish to remain a member, you will need to manually renew. Any membership transaction made with a credit card will generate a pending auto-renewal payment for the next year's dues.
Changing your membership category. Auto-renewal will renew your membership in the same category as the previous year. If you wish to change your membership category (for example: student/regular/retiree, or print/electronic) you must cancel the awaiting auto-bill and manually renew in the category you desire.
Manual renewal. If you have canceled your auto-renew payment, you will be able to manually renew. Use the link to securely renew your membership on your Membership Info page after signing in to RSA.
Verify your credit card for auto-renewal. We recommend you check your credit card on file and update it as needed so that you can be sure your auto-renewal will be processed on December 31 as scheduled. To do so, sign in to RSA, go to Membership Info, locate your awaiting auto-bill in the list of transaction, and click on the credit card icon to the left of the red X to view and update your credit card information.
