Gathering Places and Collective Identities in Medieval and Early Modern Gaelic Ireland

Prof. Liz FitzPatrick, School of Geography and Archaeology, NUI, Galway

Monday, 15 April 2013, 5 p.m.

The pedigree of the landscapes selected for gathering and the continuity observed in their use through time, reflect remarkable adherence to collective identities.
