Rollover RSA Annual Meeting Sessions: Philadelphia to Dubliin

Dear RSA members,

We hope this finds you healthy and safe. We have received many questions regarding cancelled RSA 2020 Philadelphia panels and how those sessions and papers can be presented at our Annual Meeting in Dublin in 2021. While we are still working out many of the details, we’d like to share an initial overview of the process:

This will not be an automatic procedure, nor will it be mandatory. In the next month, please determine whether or not you wish to consider a rollover. You do not need to let us know of your plans yet. We will send an email requesting that information in late April.

Participants who opt to present their Philadelphia paper in Dublin will not be allowed to present a second paper in Dublin.

Participants/panelists who opt to present their Philadelphia talk at another venue/in another forum prior to the Dublin meeting will not be allowed to participate in the rollover. In that case, you will need to submit a new abstract for consideration.

Panels sponsored by Associate Organizations and Discipline Representatives will likewise be eligible for inclusion in the Dublin conference, provided they meet the criteria listed above. Rollover sessions will not be counted as part of the panel allocation for AO/DR sessions for Dublin.

Additional information about the mechanics of rollover submissions will come in April. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we work through the specifics of this process.
